Shipping

We ship to the United States only.
Orders ship in 1-2 business days from Wesley Chapel, Florida, with tracking. We email your tracking number when your order ships.
1 pair: $6.95 flat shipping. Free shipping on 2 or more pairs.
If we can't ship on time, we'll email you a new ship date and you can cancel for a full refund.
Lost or missing packages. If tracking shows your package is lost, we'll send a replacement. If it shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and the carrier, then email us and we'll help sort it out. Please double-check your address at checkout; we can't cover orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

30-day returns. Want a refund? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the return address. Ship the ears back unused; the customer pays return shipping.
Full refund once they arrive. Once we receive them, we refund the full amount you paid, including the original shipping and any sales tax, to your original payment method within 2 business days. Banks usually take 5-10 business days to show it.
Returning part of a multi-pair order refunds that share of what you paid. For example, sending back 1 pair from a 2-pair order refunds half.
Defective, damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded at our cost, including return shipping.
30-day limited warranty. If your pair doesn't hold on a typical fabric baseball cap, trucker or snapback, or comes apart, within 30 days of delivery, email us and we'll replace it or refund it.

What we collect: your name, email, shipping address and order details when you buy, and anything you send us by email. Our hosting and payment providers also process IP addresses to keep the site and checkout secure.
Who handles it: Stripe (payments; checkout happens on Stripe's page under the Stripe Privacy Policy, and we never see your full card number), Cloudflare (website hosting and visit counts), Google (our Gmail inbox), our shipping-label service and the shipping carrier, and an AI writing assistant that helps us draft email replies.
This site does not use cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. Because we don't track you across sites, Do Not Track signals don't change anything here.
We don't sell or rent your information.
Want to see, correct or delete your information? Email hatmagicears@gmail.com. We'll delete it except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
This site is not directed to children under 13.

Hat Magic Ears is a small shop in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Prices are in US dollars. Florida orders: sales tax is added at checkout.
Each pair is one set of magnetic ears with magnet plates, handmade in Florida from imported materials. Hat not included.
Made for fabric baseball caps, truckers and snapbacks. Straw hats, thick knits, visors and very stiff brims aren't a good match. Take the ears off before rides.
Warning: contains strong magnets. Not a toy. Ages 14+. Keep away from children and pets. Swallowed magnets can stick together inside the body and cause serious injury or death. If a magnet is swallowed or inhaled, get medical help immediately. Keep away from pacemakers and implanted medical devices.
